Brain Power
Unlike other parts of our body, our brain is enclosed in the hard shell of the skull - so it can not be touched or seen directly. However, our brain is composed of many areas that control different parts of our body, and the different areas of the brain interact very closely. Consequently, by moving our bodies and stimulating our senses, we can activate and integrate broad areas of the brain.
We can stimulate our brains through our bodies. All information we receive through our five senses, all actions accompanied by movement of the bones and muscles, and all the food we eat every day affect our brain.
Adequate exercise increases the flow of oxygen and production of growth factors contributing to the growth of new brain cells. It also increases the production of neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which play an important role in cognitive functioning effectively.
The brain is the beginning and the end of his life. As your brainwaves are activated for the first time, life is also activated. When brain waves cease, life comes to an end. Your entire life is recorded and stored in your brain in the conscious and subconscious memory. In addition, the brain contains the story of millions of years of evolution, and the characteristics and skills that are unique to humans.
The future of humanity depends on how well we use our brains. The brain is the greatest common denominator of humanity. If we all use our brain to pursue health, happiness and peace, our lives and ourchildren experience on Earth will be much more meaningful and beautiful.
Inside your brain sleep amazing powers. The brain contains infinite creativity. To unleash your creativity requires great faith in yourself. So you must totally believe in yourself. For many people, this is easier said than done. At such times, one can shift perspective, however slightly, and try to trust your brain.
It's just you, and anyone else who can clear the limitations, or "set points" in your brain. If you think, "these are my limits," his brain is not going to try to work beyond these limits. If you keep the boundaries it's like driving a car with the parking brake and then complains that it can go as fast as you like.
When the force of will, honesty, integrity and responsibility, work together by putting your options into practice, you will learn to trust youself and your brain. Your brain will begin to hear precisely what you say and will serve you faithfully. You will become a mature human being by learning to reduce discrepancies and contradictions between thought and action, between the body and brain, and between the principles of life that set our daily lives.
The most effective way to awaken the brain is involved in a workload that should demand your full knowledge and attention. Set a big goal that requires absolutely all their energy, skills and wisdom. Set a goal that will overcome its current limitations and help you make great leaps forward. If you create a goal that can be achieved easily, one in the scope of your limitations, then your brain is used less than 100% capacity. However, if you pursue a grand vision, your brain will train accordingly and work hard to meet your expectations.
